I’d been looking forward to Elizabeth and Jamie’s wedding for quite a while. Despite living round the corner and having run past East Molesey Boat Club hundreds of times over the years, I had never shot a wedding there!
We started the day in Surbiton before heading to Kingston for the ceremony at Lovekyn Chapel. I’ve not been there since they removed the grand old organ from the front of the Chapel and it certainly makes a lot of difference. Much brighter and it makes the space much more usable. After a lovely service and a mingle in the courtyard we drove over to East Molesey for the reception at the boat club. As I mentioned, I’ve not been there before and it looked absolutely amazing. There were loads of little touches that really made it, the theme being the Thames in honour of Elizabeth and Jamie having walked the entire Thames Path the previous year.
The whole day was a really lovely, relaxed experience and everyone had a great time was had by all. It was a pleasure to be there to document it and I will let the images do the talking:
