A couple of weeks ago Dom, Jo and I met up in Richmond Park, Surrey, for a stroll through the Isabella Plantation for their pre-wedding shoot. They are due to get married in September at the gorgeous Pembroke Lodge which is also in Richmond Park so it seemed a good place to meet.
As with all pre-wedding shoots, the actual shoot itself is only part of the reason to get together. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to see how things are going with the wedding planning and to have a chat through the plans for the day as well to get to know each other better. This help lends a different vibe to the wedding day, especially during the bridal prep where I find it much easier to blend in unnoticed when I know the bride a bit better.
On a gorgeous sunny morning, Richmond Park is a wonderful place to be. We decided to head down to the Isabella Plantation as it’s quite a good spot to get used to being in front of a camera without an audience (as long as you are there early!!). Dom and Jo were fantastic, really easy to work with and lovely people to spend a morning with. The end result – I’m really looking forward to their wedding next month.
For now, just a few photos from their pre-wedding shoot:
